1. Free In-Home Estimate
We walk your space, assess the slab’s condition, and give you real, itemized pricing on the spot — no obligation, no pressure, and no guessing based on photos alone.
2. Diamond-Grinding
We mechanically grind the slab to expose fresh, porous concrete and create a consistent adhesion profile — not a quick acid etch. See our comparison of grinding vs. etching for why this step matters so much.
3. Crack Repair
Any cracks are filled with a flexible filler designed to move with the slab’s natural seasonal expansion and contraction, rather than a rigid patch that just cracks again.
4. Moisture Testing
We test at multiple points across the slab using calcium chloride or RH probe methods, not a plastic sheet guess. Full details in our moisture testing guide. If your slab tests high, we’ll discuss mitigation options before moving forward.
5. Base Coat and Decorative Broadcast
We apply the base color coat, plus any flake, quartz, or metallic broadcast for your chosen finish, precisely mixed to manufacturer specifications.
6. Topcoat
A UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat seals everything in, resisting the yellowing that a straight epoxy topcoat is prone to over time in sun-exposed spaces.
7. Final Walkthrough and Warranty
We walk the finished floor with you, answer any questions, and hand off your written warranty before we leave.
